Austrian Food

I moved here from Austria a few months ago, and whilst I really love the English food here like fish and chips, pies and steaks, I had such a craving for some of my home delicacies.

I asked at the local supermarket if they sold any Austrian imported food, but the woman looked quite perplexed by the question. I had a look on the net to see if I could possibly get some food delivered direct from Austria, and that’s when I came across Essentially German.

Despite the name, Essentially also specialise in Austrian food as well as Swiss food. They had loads of my favourite comfort food, like chocolate, Duplo, biscuits and cakes that I had so sorely missed.
 
I placed my order and my food was with me in just two days. Their customer service was great; they were really friendly and talkative, and so Essentially has become a major part of my weekly food shop.
