Having considered purchasing some Austrian property for some years now, my brother and I were finally in a financial position to begin exploring our options and hopefully viewing some properties.

We have both been keen skiers for some years after regular skiing holidays since childhood. We’ve really taken on a passion for the slopes from our parents, and have seen the practicalities in owning our own property over in Austria for some time.

Our plan was to have the property available for both our families and friends to utilise all year round, and then make the property available to rent the rest of the year. We would then have a great place to stay on our holidays to Austria, as well as a new source of income from the rent money we would receive.
