Bulgarian Property

I've been fortunate enough to have made quite a healthy amount of money through the renting of my villa in the South of France. The extra money has been a real help, particularly in high season. I'd been looking at adding another property to my holiday home in France, to eventually bring in twice the money. I set myself a budget, made the money I needed available and then began the process of choosing where to invest.

I'd had a really enjoyable holiday in Bulgaria recently, and was aware of the increasing tourism in the country, so decided to take an initial look at villas for sale in the area I'd been.

I discovered The Vines, a branch of McAlpine Homes online, who were offering some great-looking brand new Bulgarian property. My budget was quite modest, and so I searched through their two bedroom villas.

I saw a beautiful detached property in a great location that I really liked. After making contact with The Vines, I've arranged a viewing of the property in two weeks time. If all goes to plan, my dreams of an early retirement abroad in the sun may be taking a big step closer.
