I’d gotten into poker after some of the lads at my old football team had arranged a few games the previous season. After the team folded and I’d moved onto another club, I thought I’d try and get to know a few of my new teammates a bit better by hosting a game and seeing if they wanted to come along.

I got a great response and we arranged to meet at my house the following week. I hadn’t exactly planned the evening very well though, as I soon realised we didn’t actually have anything to play with.

I got onto the internet and did a quick search for poker chips. I found a quality site called dicefire.co.uk, who stocked a selection of poker sets and accessories. I picked a set and placed my order, pleased to see that it would be with me in a matter of days.

As promised my 300 piece set arrive just two days after my evening order, and with plenty of time to spare until my poker night. The evening turned out to be a real laugh, and the poker set was a big success.
